Interviews with communities across Australia

The research team has begun interviewing people across the country to understand more about contemporary experiences of death, dying and bereavement in Australia.

With support from community organisations and stakeholders, we have connected with over 60 people across Australia to learn about their experiences. So far, interviews have taken place in-person in Brisbane and New South Wales, and we have spoken with people from many other areas of the country thanks to video conferencing. We are so grateful to those who have participated in this research, and we are continuing to conduct interviews during 2025.
